Wow!! A whopping $16!!


Today we had a yard sale... well we tried to have one...

Whenever we have yard sale, like no one shows up!! I made $2, my mom made $14. My brother didn't sell anything that he had (maybe because his stuff was more expensive. liiiiike an alarm-radio for $5, when I sold a lamp and a camera case for $1 each)

Also I helped one of my former teachers move stuff out of her storage unit into a truck, so I made $20 off of that. It was kinda neat actually, her, her mom, and myself all trying to load a washer and dryer into the back of a truck... hehe... Actually it probably looked rather comedical...

And I checked out my site stats today... Alex... *tsk tsk tsk* j/k... Oh Alex if you ever read this, remember that I said that you're the only one in the Valley who's gay that knows about this page that I keep, for the time being, let's keep it that way, okey?? Which means no telling Brandon =) Because that'd probably be bad if Brandon found out about this page!! (haha yeah I'm sooo bad I know)

Hmm... what else...

I got a letter from NIC, giving me the minimum requirements for the computers that students bring, so that they'll work on the campus network. Needless to say mine far exceeds those!! hehe... But I did upgrade (how's change) from XP Home Edition to Professional. We had an XP Pro CD laying around and so I put it on my computer. Only took an hour, as compared to almost an hour and a half that it took on the ohter computer. But now every time I load up Internet Explorer, I get this update box thing for Microsoft Money 2002... wtf...

Emotionally I'm still kinda shaken up from Thursday... I guess that it all depends on what "virginity" means to one person... I've always had a neuteral definition of it, so I suppose that's what is really contributing to my confusion as to whether or not I did loose my virginity Thursday night, even though I didn't finish, and I didn't perform anything sexual on Brandon other than a kiss...

Here's what happened...

I finally got ahold of Brandon last night... Turns out that Verizon was crapping out on him, and he didn't know that I had called his cell phone 5 times yesterday, and had left a message as well.

WARNING: THE REMAINING PART OF THE POST CONTAINS HIGHLY SEXUAL CONTENT!!

I met Brandon at 7:45 at a resteraunt like 2 miles from his place. He got into my car, and then we talked about where we'd go. He said that he had a friend that works at KFC, so we went down there and he introduced us to eachother. After that I had to use the restroom, and as I opened the door (its one of those one-room restrooms) here's this 10 year old in there washing his hands. I said that I'd wait, and he's like, "I'm just washing my hands"... "No, I'll just wait outside" I said. So he left and I went back in, locked the door, and did my business.

As we walked out the car from KFC, Brandon told me that he was thinking about introducing me to his parents. In this real sarcastic and witty voice he said, "Yeah, mom and dad, this is Mike, I love him alot and I'm gonna father his kids!!" I was laughing SOOO hard out there in the parking lot, and in a playful way I threw my keys at him... lol...

We left KFC and went to a park down the road, which is right next to the city pool. So we sat down in some shade and talked for about an hour, and checking out some of the guys as they left the pool. For some reason we talked for 5 minutes about breasts (dont ask)...

Then we went across town to WalMart... I wanted to look at some t-shirts (but I didn't buy any). As we were walking down one of the aisles in the clothing section, he gave this "oops" as he grabbed my ass... lol... No one was around so I was fine with it (but hte security cameras did make me feel a little *eh*...)

So we walked around WalMart, pointing out hot guys to eachother. I bought some peanut butter cups ($2 a bag ::drools::) so we snacked on those on the way back to the resteraunt. On the way I called home on the cell phone, and my mom said that she wanted me home within an hour, at this time its like 10 at night. So we get to the restraunt, then we deciede to drive around some more. As we left he put left hand down on my right leg, and he kept it there the whole 10-15 minutes that we drove around, talking.

We got back to the resteraunt, and I parked at the very last spot in the corner... like 6 open spots between us and the next car. He asked how I felt, and I said that him having his hand resting on my leg was really turning me on... (thats a forshadow...)

We got out of my car, I was going to walk him to his... We were half way to his car when he said, "So I suppose this is where we kiss." Where we were standing was lit quite a bit from all of the lights on the buildings. So I said, "Well, if you want to we might as well go back to my car, where its dark and no one will see us." So we went into the car.

Now, with my mom's van (its HER van, although I say its mine in here quite a bit, just so I don't keep repeating "my mom's van" and damage my ego or something), the front seats are bucket seats that recline. So I sat in the drivers seat, him in the passenger seat. We kinda stared at eachother and talked... He was kinda nervous about the whole thing, as was I. So we reclined the seats and lean over and start kissing... just on hte lips at first, then becoming more serious (like tongue).

So while we're making out he starts to unzip my shorts... then he pushes my underwear aside and starts to go down on me...

Right now I'm like, "What the hell is he doing?!?!" So I kinda push him off... He told me that he was only going to do it for a few seconds, just to "give me a taste of what its like". Plus I really don't think that either one of us really wanted to go all the way... We were in a dark part of a parking lot for one, and he has a tongue ring, plus we didn't have protection (bad Michael!!)

After that we talked for a few more minutes, then we both got out of the van and went out to his car. As we were walking there were these 2 guys talking... standing maybe 75 feet from where Brandon and I were while we were making out and such. At his car he started to give me a hug, but I said maybe a handshake sicne there were those guys over there, and we were in a brightly-lit area.

I got home at around 11, took a shower and went to bed. I was so... emotional(??)... that I didn't get to sleep until 2:30 this morning, and I had to get up at 7:30... *yawn*

Today was kind of a blah day... I re-arranged my bedroom... what I could of it anyway...

Okay as I posted earlier today, the 9th District Court of Appeals ruled that the Pledge of Allegiance is "unconstitutional"...

Yeah... right...

Now I have nothing against MOST athiests... MOST... This action is a result from Michael Newdow, an athiest man from California who didn't want his daughter to say the Pledge of Allegiance because of the phrase "under God". What a load of crap!! Heaven forbid (oops) that this poor 7 year old should use cash or coins, since they all say "In God We Trust". And surely this young woman will never be sworn into court or any government hearing, which ends with "so help you God". Heck even our DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE has religion-related references in it. And it wouldn't suprise me if someone gripes about that - how can it be unconstitutional if the Constitution wasn't created for another 7 years after the Declaration of Independence was written??

In the Declaration of Independence, there's "the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them", and "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights" C'mon, whadda gonna do Michael Newdow?? Get your undies in a bind about that?? Moron...

The reason why I say I have nothing agains most athiests is because a few years ago, Rob Sherman, a radio talk show host from CHICAGO flew out here and bitched and moaned about a lighted cross on the Boise Foothills. He only complained for a few weeks, and then he magically left. Two of my friends are athiest, and I know that neither one of them follows in the same footsteps like Rob Sherman. I know that in most cases its a few people who set the stereotype, and I'm just saying that I'm aware that not all athiests are alike.

Sure... call me different... call me wrong... call me a dumbass... call me whatever you want to call me. I have my opinions and I'm entitled to them. I fully support gay rights (mainly because in part because I'm bi), I'm pro-choice, and I support the controversial power plant that's to be built outside of town. But I really feel as if this Michael Newdow fella should take a long walk off of a short pier. His idea (if you want to call it that) will impact MILLIONS of people if... IF... he gets his way.

Okay enough of that...

Today was soooo friggin hot!! Like 102!! I drove my brother out to WalMart and I baked like a Thanksgiving turkey!! lol... But our centeral air keeps us nice and cool, so its not all that much for me to worry about, as long as I stay inside.

Let the people of the United States speak out in a vote how they feel our consitution should read. This is a free country, let it stand on it's own two feet and make the choice that is right for our country. We are not a people who need any dictation, as a free nation we should have the right to choose. Then, when the people of this country have spoken in a voting session, a decision which holds the majorities opinion will stand.

Pledge Ruled Unconstitutional

By DAVID KRAVETS, Associated Press Writer

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - For the first time ever, a federal appeals court declared the Pledge of Allegiance unconstitutional Wednesday because of the words "under God" added by Congress in 1954.

The ruling, if allowed to stand, means schoolchildren can no longer recite the pledge, at least in the nine Western states covered by the court.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said the phrase amounts to a government endorsement of religion in violation of the Constitution's Establishment Clause, which requires a separation of church and state.

"A profession that we are a nation `under God' is identical, for Establishment Clause purposes, to a profession that we are a nation `under Jesus,' a nation `under Vishnu,' a nation `under Zeus,' or a nation `under no god,' because none of these professions can be neutral with respect to religion," Judge Alfred T. Goodwin wrote for the three-judge panel.

The government had argued that the religious content of "one nation under God" is minimal.

But the appeals court said that an atheist or a holder of certain non-Judeo-Christian beliefs could see it as an endorsement of monotheism.

The 9th Circuit covers Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon and Washington state. Those are the only states directly affected by the ruling.

However, the ruling does not take effect for several months, to allow further appeals. The government can ask the court to reconsider, or take its case to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The case was brought by Michael A. Newdow, a Sacramento atheist who objected because his second-grade daughter was required to recite the pledge at the Elk Grove school district. A federal judge had dismissed his lawsuit.

"I'm an American citizen. I don't like my rights infringed upon by my government," he said in an interview. Newdow called the pledge a "religious idea that certain people don't agree with."

The appeals court said that when President Eisenhower signed the legislation inserting "under God" after the words "one nation," he wrote that "millions of our schoolchildren will daily proclaim in every city and town, every village and rural schoolhouse, the dedication of our nation and our people to the Almighty."

The court noted that the U.S. Supreme Court has said students cannot hold religious invocations at graduations and cannot be compelled to recite the pledge. But when the pledge is recited in a classroom, a student who objects is confronted with an "unacceptable choice between participating and protesting," the appeals court said.

"Although students cannot be forced to participate in recitation of the pledge, the school district is nonetheless conveying a message of state endorsement of a religious belief when it requires public school teachers to recite, and lead the recitation of, the current form of the pledge," the court said.

Met Brandon for a while


Last night when I was talking to my mom, she mentioned that there was a resteraunt in Meridian that was hiring. She told me where it was, and I said that it was very close to Brandon's house. So this morning I told her that I wanted to go out there and file an application. My dad has today off, so when I told my mom that I wanted to go to Meridian, she just told me to be back by 2. The thing is, I left at 9:30 in the morning... Hmm... lol... I think that my mom knew that I'd stop by Brandon's place...

I talked to Brandon later last night (like at 11) and he said that he'd be home, more than likely by himself from what he knew. So after I went to the resteraunt, I went down the road to his house. All in all I was there for about, oh, an hour and a half or so... lol... Nothing sexual, we just talked and played with his 5 kittens. Even though I was there for so long, I didn't smell like a catbox when I left... hehe... Two of the tan kittens just loved crawling up on my shoes, and tring to climb up my pants. Ah... I remember when my cats were both kittens...

But his house is nice, a bit larger than mine, about as old too. When I was driving to it, a Isuzu Trooper almost rear-ended me because I nearly drove right by his house (even though I was going 35 tops).

On his couch he had a Rock-and-Roll Elmo... one of his friends gave it to him, he said that his friend thought it's right hand was "strategically placed"... and it vibrates too... (okay some dirty humor)

So after being at his place for quite a while, I left for home.

On the way home I called home from a gas station a few miles away, telling my dad (my mom wasn't home, and I didn't have the cell phone on me) that the resteraunt didn't open up until 11, so that was a quasi-legitimate reason why I'd be a little late getting home.

Now here's something really odd... For about half of the drive home, I was following a Sherwin-Williams paint truck. This probably wouldn't have happened had I not been following the truck... So the paint truck stops at the train tracks, and paralell to the tracks is a small driveway to some farm. There was a blue Les Shwab tire truck there on that road, waiting to get onto the road that I was on. When the paint truck started going again, I looked over at the driver of the Les Shwab truck... It was the same guy who came out to the lake when I blew the tire a few weeks ago... The same guy that Brandon was checking out the whole time he was changing the tire!!

So I suppose as long as my mom doesn't find out that I was with Brandon all that time, I'll probably meet up with him again on Thursday.

This Saturday we're having a yard sale, so since I've been home I've been going through my stuff... digging out what I want to sell and all. If all of it sells I'll have maybe $50-75... if I'm lucky...

And for a long while I've had this one wart on my middle finger on my left hand. It spread, so now I have more. So I put some wart remover on them, and that was eh... 4 hours ago... and now my finger is all white and flakey looking... must be really old medicine or something, because I've used the same medicine before and it's never done that before...

Sheesh I was soooooo bored today I couldn't even belive it!! But first... about last night...

Last night I talked to Ty for a bit, and he said that he may call me today. Yeah like that happened... Here's what I don't get, he's wanting to meet me so bad all of a sudden (and we've been talking since Christmas for god's sake) but he never replies my emails or calls me to finalize these plans... he's just being a little hermit crab in this whole situation. We (being Brandon, Ty, and myself) on all meeting up this week, but both Brandon and myself are all fed up with Ty, so we're about to call it quits on him. Maybe in a few weeks I'll meet Ty, but if and only if he's actually willing to.

At about 10:30 Brandon popped on AOL, we talked for a while... at the same time he was talking to me he was eating:

After a few more minutes on AOL, he said that he had to leave, but that I could call him. So I did... lol... its like 10:45 at night and I talked to him until almost midnight... (haha I'm soooo bad I know!! lol) I was outside, standing by the ditchbank thats at the other end of our back lawn from where my house is, and my mom wanted me to get off the phone and go to bed. So I said my goodbye to Brandon, and when I got inside my mom told me, "I just didn't want you to fall into the ditch or anything." Umm... hehe... the water in the ditch behind my house is like 2 feet deep, and maybe 4 inches of muck and stuff underneath that. I told that to my mom, then she's like, "Well I was just worrying that you'd fall in and hit your head on a rock or something bad like that."

Ugh... She worries way too much sometimes...

Today I was home with my brother (he didn't have to work today) while my mom and sister were out at my sister's speech therapist. And so... yeah... just bored...

It's 9:40 and Brandon doesn't get off work until 10... he's usually online at about 10:30... But if we do meet up on Thursday, its gonna be hotter than hell out there... 97 is the expected high. So we'll probably be taking his car, since it has a working air conditioner!!

Well this is more of a bitching session than it is anything else... so I think that I'll just stop it here for now.

Brothers birthday


Today is my brothers 17th birthday, so we had a small little party for him today.

This morning I talked to Ben for almost an hour and a half on AOL (tying up the phone line the whole time!!) Needless to say it was a very interesting conversation :)

And this evening I was talking to Ty, he said that he may call tonight (we're still hammering out a plan on meeting up this week, along with Brandon too). If anything I'll catch Ty on AOL tonight. Oh... hehe... if he does call me, that will be my first time hearing Ty's voice, since he's never called me, and I haven't called him (he has my number, but I don't have his)

One of those days


My mom and one of her friends went shopping at some yardsales today, and I stayed home with my sister (hmm... seems like I did this last Saturday...)

I hopped on and off the internet through the day, and I fudged around with my Blogger template (that's why it looks a bit different!). Then the odd stuff started happening...

St. Louis Cardinal's pitcher Darryl Kile died... then Ann Landers... and locally, Nampa Police Chief Alan Creech is believed to be dead after a plane crash last night. Freaky... *enter eerie music*

So I suppose its just one of those freaky streaks of death or something. Hmm...

Well if anything, the sunset tonight was quite somber... I guess given all thats happened, Mother Nature is trying to calm things down or something... I dunno...

New phone


My mom and I went to WalMart to go shopping, for groceries and for some gifts for my brother. We were in the electronics department looking at DVDs, and beside them was a cart with discounted items. My mom picked up a phone, and said, "would you like one with the big numbers on it?" The numbers being on the base of a corded phone. I kinda moaned... the phone had caller ID and an answering machine, neither of which would serve much good, since we cancelled our caller ID service because most of the IDs came up as "Unavailable", plus the answering machine is usless since we have voice messaging. The phone was marked down to $25.

So we looked around some more, and I picked out a new cordless phone, which was $25.


Not to bad, huh?? And it works pretty nice too. I was walking down to hte mailbox while I was talking to my grandmother a bit ago, oh... hehe... someone hit the mailbox with their car!! (We get our mail in one of those large mailboxes that have individual cubbies that are locked with a key) So the post office left a note, saying we have to go down to the post office to get our mail. Hmm... post office ain't open at 7:45...

Lead the leaderless

Say, Dirk, now that you have squandered our state´s surplus by redistributing it amongst your loyal supporters, er... I mean your state´s poor and underprivileged, what new shenanigans will you be pulling out of your political “lock box” to dazzle the leaderless people of Idaho?

I have a suggestion: pull your head out of the sand, preen yourself one final time and take a trip within your home state.

Start by driving to Oregon and back on I-84. Exit Broadway and head north. When you get to Federal Way stop and take a minute to think about the drive. Was it nice and smooth?

We could have used some of that state surplus to refinish road surfaces around the state. Not to mention myriad other statewide needs demanding urgent attention, some much more important than others.

Today was one of those infamous blah days...

I *finally* got my photos back from WalMart, and most of them turned out pretty good. Hmm... what I should do is make a page with the photos... just scan them and make a simple page... Maybe I'll do that tomorrow...

I went with my mom to get some groceries in Nampa. As we drove over the Boise River bridge, we smelled this horrid stench, some dead animal was in the area. PEE-YEW!! And I picked up some nice smelling kiwi candles at the store... They were on sale for 44 cents each, so I got two.

Another dream...


This morning I had anohter sexually charged dream.... lets just keep it at that...

Last night Ty started a conversation on AOL. We've been talking since Christmas and that was only his 4th or 5th time starting up a conversation. So we talked for quite a while, and he wants to meet me next week. I told him that Brandon and I are making plans to meet up next week, and if all goes he's more than welcome to tag along.

To this day I still haven't seen a photo of Ty. Him and Jake met back in October or so. Jake said that Ty looked different than what he had anticipated... Jake said he's not ugly, actually he's pretty good looking, but he just looked different from what he had expected.

And yesterday I got a roll of film back from RiteAid. WalMart and their regular service has been driving me up the wall, so I splurged a bit and got them one-houred. WalMart said that my photos should be in this afternoon. So this afternoon I'm going to pick them up. While I was waiting for my photos being developed at RiteAid, I went to BigLots in Nampa, and James was working ::drools:: I got a plastic storage box thing for my CDs, and I got a SNL CD full of recordings of live concerts, and I found a Corey Hart CD. Yes... I do like some 80s music!! Not to mention, for the picture on the cover being like 15 years old, he's pretty hot...

Well thats about that for now folks!!

I was on my way to Nampa this morning, and this mofo passes the lady behind me, myself, and the car infront of me. THREE CARS!! C'mon folks, like that's legal!! Don't worry... I got the plate number off of that beet-red Mustang: 2C D0619 *hehe* And I was going 55 in a 50... heck even I was breaking the law!!

Then the Camero behind me did the same thing... and she almost hit an oncoming semi head-on. I didn't get her plate number, but it was a customized one with a Z in it somewhere...

Logging miles


This morning I went to Nampa to the job placement place. Filled out some paperwork, watched some corny work saftey videos, and filled out some more paperwork. I have to go back tomorrow because I left my Social Security card at home.

I got home and talked to Brandon on AOL for a few minutes. He said that he was gettig offline, but that I could call him. I went out to the kitchen to get the phone and my brother was playing with it and would not give it to me *grr*... 5 minutes later he finally gave in and I called Brandon and we talked some more... maybe 15 minutes or so.

While I was talking to Brandon (I was outside), my brother came out and started this whining thingy... saying that he wanted to go to McDonalds. Brandon had to go as well, so we went our ways, with me taking my brother to McDonalds.

We got back from McDonalds, then a bit later my mom wanted to go out to the Salvation Army. She was out there a few days ago, and she said that she saw a tripod out there that she wanted to look at, and possibly give me. So her and I went out there, and they actually had 2 tripods, but both of them were broken/missing parts.

Then we went across town to the dollar store... This Jeff fella working there OMG he was soooo hot!! (my mom even caught me checking him out... *tsk tsk tsk*) He had kinda long hair that was bleached, and matted down, a somewhat long goatee and board shorts on. Probably a college kid from ACI (since its right across the street).

So all in all I drove about 60 miles today. Yeah...

Other than that... today was pretty uneventful...

Talked to Ben


My family was gone by noon today, so I hopped on the internet for a bit, and Ben was on AOL. We've been in touch since November, and since I was home alone, I told him that if he was able to (and if he wanted to) that he could call me. He said that he would call me in a while.

So I deceided to make things interesting. We spent about 10 minutes playing on AOL... with me having him guess at my phone number. He finally got it, then I got off the internet so that he could call me. With *most* gay guys, you can tell just by their voice that they're gay. Not with Ben... not at all!! Actually, out of all the guys that I've met and talked to on the phone, he actually has the least amount of that gay tone to his voice. But he did sound a bit tired (or heaven forbid... stoned)

Why does Fear Factor always have at least one really hot guy on their shows?? That Jason guy and... not Kevin but the other one... ::drools::...(It's 7:15... not 9:06 which Blogger says... I type these up as the day progresses, then post them towards the end of the day)

And I got my paperwork for my dorm room at NIC, and I got it sent in. *yay*

Finally... I got to talk to Ty for a few minutes on AOL. But that was cut short because he had to leave.

The low-down


Okay the past few days I've been feeling kinda blah, so I suppose that now is as good of time as any to update you folks.

Friday: My dad bought some new tires for the van. I guess that me killing one of the tires was an incentive to buy new ones to replace the three-year old Firestones. Eeks... lol... yeah I had a Firestone tire blow out on me!! haha... and it wasn't one of those tires under the recall!! n/m

Saturday: My brother and dad had to work, and my mom went with some family members to spend the day going to yardsales and such. So I was stuck at home with my sister, who didn't wake up until 12:30 and just watched movies for the few hours that my mom was gone.

Later on in the day (when everyone got home) I also saw my bank account fall in half when I bought a new camera at WalMart. The camera, a case, and a 4-pack of film all together was $289.44. Actually it was a bit more, but since my dad is employed by WalMart, he gets a discount, so I saved about $30 or so *watches account balance fall like a rock*


But its really nice, even though it's a 2001 model (its a Canon Rebel G). It has autofocus, built in flash, most of the bells and whistles. All I need to get (when I have some more money) is a stronger lens. The 35-80mm lens that came with it is okay, but it has like NO zoom at all. And on Friday I used up a whole roll of film in about an hour... hehe...

When I was at WalMart, I ran into Brett, one of my friends who goes to another school. He works there (I knew that for quite a while, its just that it was my first time running into him since December or so). He's going to college at BYU Provo, majoring in computer graphics design. We talked for a bit, then I went and got my camera, then on my way out I talked to him some more. He gave me his email address, since his old one got cancelled. I sent him an email, just to have it sent back to me saying: "This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. Delivery to the following recipients failed." *grr*

Sunday: Just BSed... went through another roll of film...

Today: I'll type that up and post that up later today.

*grumbles*


Okay theres this guy... right now... parked by the highway thats a ways behind my house. On a flatbed trailer he has two riding mowers, three push mowers, two lazyboy recliners, seven mismatched chairs and two swamp coolers that he's selling... Probably more but that's all that I can see. He's been there for almost two hours...

First of all, it seems kinda odd that he's selling stuff like that... I don't know of anyone who has four lawnmowers or two swamp coolers... so I'm thinking that he's selling stolen items. Secondly, I don't wanna see this guy sell that crap ALL DAY LONG!! I look out of my kitchen or dining room window, adn there he is peddling his stuff...

It's kinda odd how it's arranged... On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I have all afternoon classes, and on Tuedays and Thursdays all of the classes are in the mornings. And on Friday I have this gap that's almost two hours long between classes. Eh well... The lady who helped me set up my classes said that alot of students have it staggered like that.

And I also requested information on the dorms... NIC just had a new dorm unit completed in January of this year (their only dorm may I add). By the looks of it I'll get a room, but all of the single rooms were taken up, so I'll have a roomie *waa*... But the dorms look sweet:


The photography class that I'm going to take requires a 35mm SLR camera, so I've been looking around on the internet for one. I found a nice Canon one, but it's $350... Sooooo we'll have to see what I get. But I may not get that exact Canon camera though... Maybe a cheaper one.

My day with Brandon


I got up at 8 this morning, and by 9 I was on my way to Nampa to meet up with Brandon. I had my mom's cell pohne with me, so before I got outside of the city limits I called Brandon. He just got up, and he said that he'd take a shower and be on his way. Since he was going to be a bit late, I went to Caldwell to get some cash, then I went to the Nampa Mall. On the way I stopped at a Texaco and got some Pepsi (getting my daily caffine fix... lol)I had to stop by an employment office there. I got my stuff done at the employment office, and I went out to my car to put the papers in it. As I left the car, to go back inside the mall, Brandon was right there approaching me.

We talked for a minute there in the parking lot, then we went in my car to get something for him to drink. Blimpies was closed, so we went on the boulevard to Wendy's. Closed. So we went to Jack in the Box (or "Jack in the Crack" as he called it) and he got a Dr. Pepper. Then we went to Lake Lowell and talked for about an hour.

The lake, on the western side, has a large park with nice grass and a ton of trees. We just sat down in the shade, talking. One of the park crew guys was out on a riding mower, so Brandon and I had to move so that the guy could mow. It was about 11, and we got in my car so that I could talk Brandon back to the mall. That's when the fun started...

The enterance to the lake is off of a paved road... the driveway is dirt and rocks, and you can either go straight (which we did) or turn off to the left... Going to the left takes you off of the dirt driveway and onto a paved parking lot. As I drove on the dirt driveway, I heard this grinding sound, plus a hissing sound. I thought that I hit a sagebrush or something, so I parked the car and went outside.

It wasn't a sagebrush...

It was a piece of metal... about 5 inches long that was folded over (all in all about 3 inches long). And it punctured the front driver's side tire. The grinding sound was the piece of metal scraping against the wheel well.


Brandon asked what happened, and I told him that we had a flat tire. After 5 minutes, I got the piece of metal out of the tire, and I started up the van so that I could move it onto more level ground.

I called home on the cell, and I told my mom what had happened. While I was doing this, Brandon and I were getting the jack, the tire iron and the spare tire out. Only one lady out of the 15 or so cars that drove by offered to help us. One lady!!

My brother had to be at work at 12, so I told my mom that she should call some people to see if my brother could get a ride to work, and that I'd be home as soon as I could.

After 10 minutes of working, we finally got the car jacked up. Sort of... The back wheels started moving, and the van fell off of the jack. After some choice words, we went aroudn the parking lot picking up stones to use to wedge between the tires to keep the van from moving.

So we got the van jacked up... again... Now we tried to get the lug nuts off of the tire. Les Schwab tires did a great job of putting the lug nuts on, neither Brandon nor myself could get them off. And I'm more muscular than Brandon is, and so we were pretty much stuck.

Both of us had black hands from all of that, and so we walked down to the lake to try to clean our hands off. For the most part it worked, but I still have that bad cut on my left hand, between my index finger and middle finger. So, can you say "INFECTION?!?!"

I called home, and my mom said that I should call Les Schwab tires. So I did, and I managed to get someone to come over. It took me about 5 minutes giving them directions, which is so silly since EVERYONE in the county knows where Lake Lowell is... lol... well, almost everyone.

The whole time that we were waiting, Brandon and I just sat in the car... talking...

It was still early in the day, so there wasn't a whole lot of sun in the car, which was nice since we both wanted to be in the shade. But that was just more time for us to talk and get to know eachother.

We talked about alot of things... The teachers that we had, our interests, sex, how long it was going to take for Les Schwab to get to us... He did say that I have a nice ass, so that's a plus :)

The guy from Les Schwab *finally* showed up, and it took him about 10 minutes to fix the tire. This guy's truck has an air compressor on it, and he had one of those lug nut drills, so it was a piece of cake for him to change it. Nice guy too... Brandon was checking him out alot while he was working... hehe...

As we went back to the mall, the first thing Brandon said when we left the parking lot was, "that guy from Les Schwab was HOT!! He was thin, and had like no ass, but his face makes up for it!!"

We got to the mall, and we went to the bathroom to clean off our hands, with soap, not that filthy lake water stuff... hehe...

He parked in the back lot of the mall, and he told me that so I parked right next to his car. We said our goodbyes, shook hands, and then he gave me this big hug. I wasn't expecting that, but eh well, hugs are nice to get once in a while :)

So our little one-and-a-half hour get together was about 3 hours long... lol...

Long entry... sheesh...

I got home and right then and there my mom took my brother to work, and to get our cat from the vet. Since I was late, and because one of us (her) had to cough up $70 for the tire guy, she was kinda pissed off at me.

She came home with the cat... lol... poor guy...


His tail looks like a feather duster!! lol...

In the mail, I got a letter from NIC, and it turns out that the only money we have to pay is the $1700 loan, aside from that I'm pretty much squared away. As for me being late, she said she wants me to listen to her when she tells me those things. And for the money, she said that last night her and my dad were talking about getting new tires for the van. So I suppose that was just an incentive.

Cat got your tongue??


A few days ago, Gomez, one of our two black tabby cats, injured his tail. There's a huge gash in it, and the end half just hangs down.

We took him to the vet today, and they said that there was an absess where the injury occured, and that his tail was fractured. They said that he'd have to be on antibiotics for a few weeks, and if the wound doesn't heal (or remains infected) that they would have to amputate the end part of his tail. They also said that they had to shave around the wound, and that he looks quite silly with having a bald ring on his tail... lol...

And tomorrow morning I get to be with Brandon for a while (like 9:30-11:15ish). Not quite sure on what we're going to do... Talk... Eat... maybe more (haha... not that... *maybe* a kiss at the most)... who knows. I only have $5... so if we get anything that's more than $5, well... let's hope that they take Visa cards!! lol...

I don't know if Brandon's seeing anyone else or not... We sure get along great, and I really do think that (assuming he's not seeing anyone) there's a chance for a really good strong relationship between us. But we'll have to see... he's had two boyfriends before, so that part is kinda iffy...

Feeling better


I filled out the Red Robin application, and I went to their Nampa location to drop it off.

I went inside, and the door greeter, Ray, was hitting on me. That's fine, he was pretty hot too.

The two girls inside who took the application were flirting like mad with me. Well its not everyday I have three people hitting on me... within literally seconds of eachother too.

After my trek to Red Robin, I went to that dumpy KMart to get an application there.

My mom's been nagging me today because I still don't have a job...

Hello...

I applied at the Sunrise Resteraunt not once, but twice... nothing...

The grocery store in town isn't hiring anyone because there's no positions open...

I have friends that worked at both of the small burger joints in town... all of them quit because of the managers there...

Those 4 places are the only ones in town that hire teens. Everyhting else is in Nampa or Caldwell... 10 miles away...

KMart in Nampa is hiring, but that is the crappiest KMart that I've been in (and I've been in alot of different KMarts). That KMart literally smells like something died in it, plus they have price checks every 3 minutes, and no one knows nothing about anything at all.

ShopKo is a nice store, but like with the burger joints, the people that I know who work there eventually quit because of the managers.

Red Robin is taking applications... like a stack of 30... Good luck Mike...

My mom said that I would be great working at CompUSA or Circuit City. So when Best Buy announced that they were hiring at their new Boise store, my mom said that I couldn't apply there because it's too far away. Whatever...

So I have a *new* Red Robin application almost filled out (looking for my organizer thiny... I need someones phone number but I can't find the thing). I can't drop it off tonight because my mom is all pissed off at me because I DON'T HAVE A JOB!! She bitched at me to fill out some applications, then I go from my room to the kitchen to get some water. She told me that she wanted me to start dinner. Ummm... didn't you throw fire at me like 15 minutes ago to fill out applications?? I told her (perhaps a bit too bitterly) that I was filling out applications, then she said, "Well with that attitude, you're not going to drop any of them off tonight."

Like that Red Robin application is any good anyway... since they have a pile of them turned it.

I'm just about ready to say "screw it"...

It's not my fault that we live in a town of 3500 that only has 4 places that hire teens. It's not my fault that Idaho's economy is ass-backwards because of 9-11 and Governer Dirk "the Dork" Kempthorne. C'mon... Hardly any place is hiring. And I will not... WILL NOT... work at McDonalds or Burger King flipping piles of grease for $5.25 an hour. No way... sorry...

And it's not my fault that my pseudo-summer job that I've had the past few years working for my mom's boss amounts to jack squat. Working for the same person over the course of three summer months over the past three years doesn't exactly show a whole lot of potential...

Interesting...


I was at Wells Fargo earlier today to deposit a check into my account. (They close at 5, I got there at 4:58... talk about timing!!) The teller said that they couldn't do that (whatever "that" was). So he starts cussing out the teller...

Man: "Thats f***ing bullshit, I've done that before!!"
Teller: "I'm sorry sir, but I'm not allowed to do that."
Man: "Well I've done it here before!!"
Teller: "Unless you have an account here, I cannot do that"
Man: "Fine, I'm gonna report you to your customer service manager, I don't care if I have to call his goddamn house in Salt Lake City or where ever the hell it is!!"

Wow... what a nice civilized way of dealing with something you don't like! After he left, I was next in line, and the teller and myself spent most of the time talking about that guy and what all he did.

The guy who was brewing up a storm kinda has a bad rap in our area... He lives like a mile from where I do, and he does discount work for senior citizens (electrical, plumbing, etc). Actually, like a few months after I got my license, I was going 40 in a 35, up a small two-lane overpass. Apparently 40 in a 35 was too slow for this idiot, because he passed me. Now he was breaking three laws: speeding, passing over a double solid line, and passing on an overpass. Thank God no one was driving in hte opposite direction, because that would have been a three-vehicle wreck. I know that its the same guy because of the truck that he drives: a small white Dodge that has his company name on it.

PlanetOut had two new guys in my area, both are quite hot. But they didn't put up their email addresses on their profiles either... *waa* One of them said that he's a little whacky, and I think that his shirt says it best:

Scott's working tonight... maybe I should go down and ask him if he's going to the GLBT's group meeting in Boise on Wednesday... if so I'd like to tag along. I think that I'll go ask him...

Aside from that, I didn't do a whole lot today...

Yay... I wanna win a 1975 AMC Pacer from 100.3 FM!! hehe... Well, maybe the 1981 Pontiac Bonneville was a better car, I dunno...

I just loooove stuff like this...


My dad picked up a black cartridge for my printer today... and now my printer works!! *woohoo*

But what really gets my goat is this: my parents and I have spent $51.40 in ink for the darn thing that cost us $20 at a yardsale. $51.40!! I mean, goddaym... When do these companies (such as HP) realize that forking over $25 for a plastic container with colored water is a RIPOFF?!?! HP was kind enough to design their C6615D cartridges so that they can't be refilled (by consumers anyway). WalMart didn't have a generic brand for the black cartridge, so we were kinda stuck with HP's pricer one. Atleast Lexmark is kind enough to make cartridges that you can refill...

Okay enough complaining about that... financial aspect aside, yeah I'm really happy that the printer works :)

Having someone from Belo come across my site kinda threw a curveball at me... I mean, the picture of Matt Damon that I had up the other day was kinda like their property *lightly slaps wrist*, and having a photo of the TV, showing their newscast wasn't really a wise thing to do either. So, just to be safe, I took those pictures off :)

Now I'm wondering how they came across my page... The news ticker thing off to the top left is a service that they provide for people to use, so maybe they saw my page as a referring page to one of those stories... At any rate, they were using their site stats and accessed my page through it. Anywho... nothing too much for me to be worried about anyway.

It's a rather blustery day today...


It's been really windy outside... and there's a lot of clouds. No rain, it just looks gloomy out there...

Hmm...

Last night, Joe was kind enough to scratch the hell out of my left hand... now I have three nice gashes starting on the side of my thumb and wrapping onto my palm. I was just petting him last night while I was watching the 10 pm news and *rrrer*... just lashed out at me. So I bopped him on the nose and let him outside, then I put some medicine on the cuts.

This morning my mom and one of her friends went out to some yard sales. They took my brother along because he had to take his ACT tests at Albertson College (hehe... the builing that he was in is the same building where they store the cadavers that their students use!! hehe). She left the van with me so that I could pick up my brother from the college and drop him off at work... So while they were gone, and waiting for my brother, I just stayed with my sister... She popped a movie into the VCR, then I went outside and mowed the back lawn. I came inside and she changed movies... so I watched the Lion King with her. Gosh it's been soooo long since I've seen that movie!! We watched most of it, then my brother called. Then my sister and I went to the college to pick him up, and dropped him off on the other side of town.

One of my mom's yardsale treasures that she picked up was a HP DeskJet 812C printer, which she got for me for a whopping $20 *yay*... I turned it on, and theres an orange light that just flashes at me... Something to do with the ink, since there's an ink cartridge icon right by the light. Eh well, if I can't get it to work, I can always sell it. I mean, she spent $20, so its not perfect or anything. Plus I have until... eh... the middle of August to get a new printer (or one of those all-in-ones). So it's not like it's a problem that needs to be solved right now :)


I borrowed the cartriges from my neighbors printer (a HP 842C), put them in mine, and they worked. The only thing that I noticed was different was that the color cartridges were a different model. So next time I'm a WalMart, I'm gonna get some new cartridges for it.

And I also tinkered with the settings for my journal... I went from the previous 30 days of entries down to 14... I went to check out my site and I'm like, "MY GOD this takes FOREVER to load!!" lol... so *hopefully* that should help, and it'll also keep my bandwidth low too. I only get 600 megs of transfer a month... the most I've had is like 27 or something. But anywho... yeah...

Its really stormy outside... No rain though, just alot of wind and really dark clouds...

Oh and today, MATT DAMON WILL BE IN BOISE!! That's LESS THAN 35 MILES FROM MY HOUSE!! *becomes hyper like a little kid in a candy store...*

And on the news last night, they had a story about those people who want to legalize marijuana. Their group is pronounced "normal", but its spelled "NORML"... Okay are they so baked up that they don't realize their contradiction, or are they just plain whack-cases?? Hehe... gosh I must be out of it today...

GO MARINERS!!


Well I didn't have much of an eventful day... My brother and myself went to Red Robin to drop off our applications, then we went to Jack In The Box. Oh, their Sourdough Jacks are okay tasting, the tomatos on mine weren't really ripe, so I just took them off. With my Sourdough Jack, I got one of their Seattle Mariners antenna balls:


My monitor has a hole on the top of it for a webcam, so I found a small screw and I put one end in that hole, and the other end in the antenna ball, and so now that little guy is up on my monitor, starting at me... hehe...

I didn't want to put it on the antenna on one of our cars, since those things get stolen ALOT!! So its much safer perched on my monitor :)

And earlier today I was in one of those GLBT chatrooms... and my brother came into the room!! *AAAHH!!* I saw him and I was like, "Oh craaaaap!!"

Intimate dream


This morning (I say this morning because I didn't go to bed until 12:30 this morning) I had a VERY sexual dream. Well, it's about the closest thing to sex that I've had with another person!! I was in a sparsely furnished room, just me an another man. Who it was I don't know... he wasn't Caucasian, he had a bit of some other ethnicity mixed in. *feeling really odd*... Well I started to go down on him, and after literally 5 seconds he was done. Then I woke up... Now I doubt that this dream has any rhyme or reason to it, but I've never had a dream before that was THAT sexually charged... Hmm...

"I work for a store... A different type of store... Called Best Buy." That commercial... I must have heard it about 5 times today... The announcer treats his Treasure Valley audience like they've never heard of Best Buy before. I've been in Best Buy before... In Minneapolis, in fact I was at the grand opening of one of their stores in Minneapolis, and I got an autograph from one of the Vikings. I'd have to find it to see who... lol...

And after maybe 10 hours of being at school TWO WEEKS AFTER I GRADUATED, I finally got the yearbook insert done. I copied all of the files off of the server onto the hard drive of one of the computers, then onto a CD (the software for the schools CD writer is wierd... you can't copy from the network to the CD, you have to copy the stuff from the server to the hard drive, then from the hard drive to the CD)

I went into Nampa to pick up some medicine for my mom, and to get some more job applications. The poor ol' ShopKo there in Nampa looks so... abandon... Since WalMart opened up about two years ago, ShopKo has suffered ALOT. While I was there, I was walking down the aisles, trying to find their Pepsi. I went down the aisle where it *was*, just to find maxi pads and tampons *sarcastically rolls eyes*. Like those would serve a purpose for me... lol... But I gave up and went to the dollar store and got a Pepsi there. Then I went across the boulevard to KMart. Now you want to talk about a crappy store. KMart had this idea to close the one in Mountain Home. Why not the one in Namap?? The one in Nampa is one of the oldest KMarts in the state, the building is small and dirty, plus they have price checks called over the PA system like every 10 minutes. Eh well, they were hiring, but I wouldn't want to be caught dead inside of the Nampa KMart. Or alive for that matter.

Then I went to Red Robin and picked up an application there. I filled it out, just to watch Brianna (a friend of mine who happens to work there) place it in a folder with about 15 other applications. Oye... I think that my chance of getting a job there is right around zero... Just gotta keep on looking I suppose.

Oh and I got my haircut today. Now it's REALLY short :)

More yearbook work


I went down to the school at 10 this morning to meet up with Kaci again to work on the yearbook some more, which we did. Then at around 11 I ended talking to my former economics teacher (who is very funny and humorous). We talked for about 45 minutes while she cleaned up her room, and exchanged email addresses too. After my talk with the economics teacher, I talked to an English teacher who's taking over the newpaper and yearbook classes next year.

And this afternoon I received a phone call from one of the network administrators, and they were able to pull off the photo files off of the backup tapes that were deleted off of the server. So tomorrow I have to go back down to the school for about 20 minutes tomorrow, but since I'm not meeting up with Kaci, I can just go down when I have time.

Also this afternoon, I got a haircut. Now my hair is really short... actually I don't think that I've had it cut this short before... lol...

And I still need to tell my mom about Brandon... who he is and all... Him and I really get along together; there's alot of chemistry between us. Plus I need to get ahold of him to see if we can meet up... maybe this Sunday if he doesn't have to work...

Don't follow this leader


One thing that I forgot to mention...

On the way to the school, I drove in through the exit lane out of the parking lot. So it shaved off 15 seconds, as compared to me driving to the opposite end of the school to use the enterance. So I pull in through the exit, and what's in the parking lot?? A DRIVER'S ED CAR!! Whoops... hehe... the teacher in the car was the same teacher that I had as my driving instructor two years ago.

And my right arm is a bit sore, where I got my shot earlier today...

Well I just thought that I'd mention that... anyway it's late and I'm gonna go to bed.

HELP!! I'VE BEEN SHOT!!


Okay so that's probably a bit melodramatic, but I guess that it'll work...

I went down to get my meningitis shot today, and when I got to the health department, I found out that I also had to get a hepatitus A and B shots too. The shots didn't hurt, but the bandaides are really annoying, so hopefully when I take a shower tonight, the water will make them come off.

But let me go back to the beginning of the day... I went down to the Idaho Center to drop off my application, and when I got home my mom told me that Kaci called, and that she got the CD from Herff Jones with the 16 pages that we didn't have on our computers. *yay* Some of the pages had corrections, so we made those. But it turns out that there were three digital photos missing. The server was cleared out, so Kaci and myself went over to the network administrator's office. She was talking to some guys who were putting in some new server equipment, so she said to give her the names of the files that we needed, and she'd look on the backup tapes to see if she had them. God I hope she does, otherwise we'll be stuck with the crappy preview photos that Adobe PageMaker uses, and those pictures wouldn't print out right when we send them to Herff Jones.

Got home from THAt, ate some food, and kinda BSed for a bit...

Then I left to get my shots, then afterwards I went to Wells Fargo (which is just a block away from the health department). I got my check card last week, and yesterday I got my PIN number. So I went to the ATM that they had outside, put in my card, punched in my PIN number, pushed the $20 button... beep beep beep beep beep beep... The machine said that my PIN number was wrong!! So I went inside and got some cash from one of the tellers. I told her about my problem with my card, and she said to talk to another lady in the office. Both of these two ladys were both quite young, and apparently are good friends with eachother. When I got there, both of their boyfriends (who too are good friends with eachother) were there... ::drools::... So after the guys and the lady in the office wrapped up their little conversation, I was able to get my PIN number changed. When I got home I looked at the letter that Wells Fargo sent me with my PIN number... Turns out that I was the one putting the WRONG PIN NUMBER!! lol... but this new PIN number is easier for me to remember, as compared to the one that they gave me.

Another boring day...


Aside from EVERYONE being pissed off at me for no apparent reason, nothing much has happened today. Well I got a letter in the mail with my PIN number for my check card, now I can actually use it :)

Oh and I got an email from Ty today... for whatever reason he's been without a computer for about two months. So I have an email to send out to him tonight.

Yearbook problem


Last year I was on the yearbook staff at my high school. When I was taking a shower this morning, my brother came into the bathroom and told me that Kaci, who's going to be the Editor of next years yearbook, was outside and that she needed my help with the yearbook. I got my clothes on and went out to meet her. She told me that some of the pages had some problems with the photos, and that she needed my help because she didn't know how to fix it. So we drove down to the school to work on it. Herrf Jones, who prints our yearbooks down in Salt Lake, sent the proofs back to the school, but not the CD. I checked on the server at school, and all of the yearbook files were erased. Then I checked on the hard drive of the teacher's computer... nothing on there either... I called Herff Jones to see if they had the CD, and they said that they'd call back. If Herff Jones lost that CD, then we just lost 16 pages of the yearbook!! That's the whole entire insert that was to be passed out in August!!

And I called a lady at the Idaho Center about a possible job there. She said that they were looking for people. One of my mom's coworkers works there in the summer, so I have connections! lol... But Vicki, the manager, said that I can drop my application off there tomorrow, then we'll "talk"... sounds like there's some potential about getting a job there!! Oh and Brandon lives like 4 miles away from there ::drools::

Pretty much a blah day


Nothing too much out of the ordinary happened today... I sent out emails to three people last night, and not a single one has replied yet...

My mom and I went to WalMart to pick up some food, and while we were there I got some shorts and a few shirts. And we got my dad a two-pack of those metal Rain Bird spinklers, since the two we have are kinda old and not working so well. One of them just goes around in circles, and the other one tends to lock up when it's going back and forth. Oh, and there's a person at WalMart who graduated from my high school two years ago. Okay, he's INCREDIBLY annoying, and not to mention he's VERY VERY VERY UGLY!! I mean, if ALL the guys in the world looked like him, I'd be straight, okay!! Anyway he came up to my mom and myself, proclaiming that in October he's going to be a father. Yeah, a FATHER!! The weekend after he turned 18, his dad drove him down to Nevada, where he got married to ANOTHER GIRL who was in the same class that he was in at high school (and she's not all that great looking either). So that really seemed odd... I mean, here are TWO of the UGLIEST people on the face of the earth... AND THEY GET MORE SEX THAN I DO!! (yeah I'm still a virgin... ANY sex is ALOT of sex by my book) Lord knows what their baby will look like... *shutters*

Oh and there was this Andrew guy at checkstand 20 who was hot, and acted really flammy too :)

I got home and popped online, found a funny Shockwave animation (below) and I talked UCLA Gay Boi, who I must say is very nice, and is hotter than hell too!!

One of my mom's co-workers is supposed to did stop by tonight to pick up our old air conditioner. Since we have centeral air, a window air conditioner is of little use :)

Deja Vu


I woke up this morning, reflecting on all that I did yesteday... then it struck me...

After Jake's commencement ceremony, and before I met Brandon, I stopped by an A&W out in Boise... it's like I've been inside of it before, but I couldn't, because it's only been there for about a year. And the whole thing with me talking to Brandon in the bathroom too, that's very familiar!! I've never been inside the place where he works, but I do remember talking to someone in a bathroom while they were washing out their mouth with Listerine...

Now what I find rather odd is, usually with my cases of deja vu, it takes me a LONG time before I realize it, sometimes a week, a month, or even in a case or two even a few years. But it rarely happens the DAY AFTER...

Anyway... that's about all that I had to say for now. I REALLY need to clean up my room, it's awful right now. And me sharing my room with my brother does little to help, since he's a bigger slob than I am.

Met Jake and Brandon


At around 11:45 I left for Boise to attend Jake's graduation ceremony (turns out Alex is a junior). I got there at 12:20, but the BSU Pavilion's security team wouldn't let anyone in until 1. So I waited outside and mingled with some of the other people who were outside waiting.

I got in at 1, and I found a seat very close to the stands where the stage was for the choir, I chose that spot because both Jake and Alex are in choir. The underclassmen part of the choir came out first, but I couldn't tell which person was Alex. The the band started playing "Pomp and Circumstance" and the seniors came out onto the main floor. After that the senior choir members joined up with the rest of the group and sang the Star Spangled Banner, quite well too :)

I managed to see Jake when we went up with the rest of the senior members of the choir, but I still could not find Alex... The choir stayed on their platform while they sang some songs, one of which a member sang solo, with the choir in the background. OMG they did a GREAT JOB!! I don't think that I've ever heard that great of a choir before!! Various people came up to the podium and spoke, and all of them gave really nice speaches. And I like how Mr. Rory Jones finished off his speach: "Alrighty, lets get you guys your diplomas!"


After about 35-40 minutes of having names called out, Jake finally went up and got his. While he was waiting in line, I tried calling him, but he didn't hear me. But I did manage to get a picture of him before he got his diploma :)

And I must say, some of the people at Jake's school have really weird last names... lol (hey well mine is pretty rare too, only 2 in the entire state!!) I mean, you can't go wrong with a last name of "Szewczyk" or "Godušević", right?? lol

When the ceremony was done, I ran (well, walked fast) out of the Pavilion, downstairs to where the newly-graduated seniors were leaving the building. I found Jake, and we talked for a bit. Now here's where I'm a bit lost... I know that he and his dad don't get along too well. But he never did introduce me to his dad and stepmom... They left, and we talked a bit more, and I got a better picture of him holding his diploma (my digital camera takes really nice pictures outside, and not-so-good pics inside). He then told me that he wanted to go find someone, so for about 10 minutes I lost him. I later found him, and he was talking to his mom and step-dad, whom he gets along better with. This time he did introduce me to that side of the family :) He said that he had to meet some friends at the SUB, so we shook hands and I left.

Getting out of the parking lot was quite something, since there were a million people there! It was 3:45 when I left... Brandon gets to work at 5... hmm...

I called home and talked to my mom... I told her that I was going to get something to eat, then go to Fred Meyer to look at some t-shirts (since Fred Meyer is just a hop a jump and a skip from where Brandon works). She said okay, then I told her that I'd wait a while, maybe 10-15 minutes, in the car while the traffic clears up.

So after waiting, I managed my way out of the parking lot, then drove out to Fred Meyer. Aside from coming somewhat close to rear-ending another vehicle (I was in the inside lane and needed to take an exit on the right), it was a pretty good drive. I got there, and I still had an hour to kill.

There's an A&W there in the Fred Meyer parking lot, so I went in and got a bite to eat. That only took off 15 minutes... I walked over to Fred Meyer and looked at the shirts. $10 doesn't quite get you a shirt at Fred Meyer I suppose... lol... I had my check card with me, but I'm still waiting for my PIN number for it.

With the time at 4:55, I hopped in the car and jetted down to where Brandon works. He told me that he drives a blue Neon, and there was one in the parking lot :) *woo hoo*... I walked inside, but he wasn't out on the floor, he was in the back room. I could hear his voice from behind a door, so I just roamed up and down the aisles of the store, waiting for the sound of that door to open. Finally, after maybe 5 minutes it opens, and he walks out. I know that he's fairly short, and has a small frame... plus he told me he's the only one there like that. So I knew for sure that it was him. I called out at him, and he said, "Hey Mike, hey come here"... he walked into the bathroom with a bottle of Listerine... lol

In the bathroom I talked to him for a while, realizing that my efforts had almost no result, since he was washing out his mouth. His hair was frosted a bit, and it was much shorter that it was in the pictures that he sent me. He also had his ears pierced, and his tongue and lower lip were also pierced. Now, at most you'll see me with my ears pierced, if that... But I actually like some piercings on guys, and his piercings looked pretty good on him :) He told me that today was his first day at work since he got his tongue and lip pierced, and that his boss wasn't too happy about it.

Since he was at work, I deceided to be brief, so said that it was nice meeting him, and that I need to get home (and let him work). So we shook hands, and then I left.

And it's amazing that I didn't get pulled over because of the way I was driving home!! lol... I mean, 67 in a 55 isn't really legal (I know I know, bad Michael, yeah yeah) When I was half of the way home, I finally put it down to 60, and put the cruise control on before I had my ass pulled over for going 12 over the limit!!

Ahhh... :)


Okay, turns out that YES I AM going to Jake and Alex's graduation ceremony... I'm going to leave here in a bit over an hour or so. My dad was quite sure that he'll be home at 3:30, giving him plenty of time to pick up my brother.

Oh, and it's raining outside... it's LOVELY!! It's been in the 80s for a few days, now there's a ton of dark clouds overhead, it's 10:32 10:31 in the morning and I have the windows in my bedroom wide open, and its quite comfortable... maybe 68 or so.
